In this workshop, explore the embodied anatomy and presence of the heart and lungs in relation to the surrounding structures: diaphragm, ribs, thoracic spine and shoulder girdle.
Experience how embodying these organs can foster easier strength and support, along with greater mobility and expression through the arms and upper body.
Learn skills to identify, feel and process our sensations, need and emotions.
Expand your depth of being, presence and capacity to support & love.
