Children

Children

Movement plays a crucial role in your children’s overall mental and physical development. Movement development of babies and children have a close relationship with their learning capacities because movement wires up the brain’s function.  In their early years where a child’s brain undergo its highest rate of growth, it is crucial that they are well supported in their movement development – ie crawling, walking and plus fine and gross motor skills.  I support toddlers, young children up to teenagers through their journey of growing up or diagnose missing pieces in their movement development with suitable solutions.

Seniors

Seniors

It is always heartwarming to work with people in their golden years. An aging body brings on the onset of aches and pains. My therapy methods will help the elderly responds well to simple and safe movements and touch to feel less stiff and lighter in their golden years.

Movement Teachers

We as movement teachers never stop learning. I would love to share my learning experiences with fellow like-minded teachers to cultivate an environment of constant inquiry and curiosity so we can all offer to help others around us in their process towards well-being.

Nurturing yourself is not selfish – it’s essential to your survival and well-being.
