rolfing

“I highly recommend anyone who has given up hope on having normal, healthy and pain-free movement to experience Rolfing with Amy!”

I was involved in a terrible accident 25 years ago where both my femurs were broken. I couldn’t walk for 9 months after, then I was walking finally but I was limping due to recovery pains. This uneven gait continued defining my walk all my life. I decided to try a session of Rolfing with Amy after a friend’s recommendation. What I could not rectify in 25 years, Amy could iron out and align in two sessions. I almost cried, as I had given up hope of ever walking straight again. I now can feel sensations in certain muscles in my leg which I didn’t before. I highly recommend anyone who has given up hope on having normal, healthy and pain-free movement to experience Rolfing with Amy!
